OOC: 10 things about Veronica you might not have known

1. Before Lilly died, Veronica was something of a foil. Lilly had the louder personality, she was kinky and rebellious and fun; Veronica in balance of this was kind of quiet and naïve and pretty vanilla. After Lilly died (and after Veronica was raped, and after her mother abandoned them) this changed, and it's almost as though there was a vaccuum in V's life that she filled by acting more and more like Lilly. After she solved the first-season murder this kind of balanced out, and Veronica as we know her now has done a lot to grow into herself. She likes sex, and drinking, and she even swears from time to time. But she's not Lilly, she never will be, and she's happy with it.

2. Veronica could not take you in a fight. Seriously. There's a reason she has Backup and her taser, and that's because she gets herself into a lot of trouble but really isn't any good at getting out of it. Her strategy is, she will kill you with her brain.

3. Veronica has... issues with boys. They tend to like her, a lot. And Veronica is remarkably emotionally immature, when it comes to love. She cared a hell of a lot for Duncan, but did she ever really love him? Hard to say. And with Logan, things get even trickier. Spending so much time with Quinn is certainly not serving to uncomplicate things.

4. Favourite colour: green. Come on, I need a short one.

5. Even before the scholarship fell through, Veronica had a feeling that she'd be going to Hearst instead of Stanford. That's just her luck.

6. Veronica has on a number of occasions compiled shortlists of people that she could trust, if it came right down to it, usually when she knows big things are on the horizon. Some people are given, like her father, and Wallace. But sometimes Weevil shows up on the list, and it worries her.

7. After Lilly and the rape, Veronica cut her hair short. Now it's growing out. She likes the feel of it - it's something that she purposely denied herself, for a time, but now that it's coming back, she's enjoying those small, hedonistic things: blow drying it, brushing it out, wearing it up or down.

8. Just so we can be nice and official about things, Veronica is five foot one and weighs somewhere between one hundred ten, one hundred fifteen pounds. So the fact that Liam Fitzpatrick could pick her up with one hand is really not shocking.
